Mammoth Sized Foundation Terms Of Service

All equipment, tools, and or instruments donated to the recipient(s) by the Mammoth Sized Foundation and its Partners are done so in good faith.   Please reply back in good faith if the equipment, tools, and or instruments donated are not being utilized as they were intended, or your child has completed the program or has outgrown the equipment, tool, and or instrument. If this is the case, make sure to either pay the item(s) forward at the sametime making the Mammoth Sized Foundation aware of your Mammoth Sized Generocity, or return them back to the Mammoth Sized Foundation so we and our Partners can assure the item(s) will be utilized as they were intended.

The Mammoth Sized Foundation and its Partners hold the right to and will perform routine follow ups with all recipients to see how they are enjoying their experience with their Mammoth Sized Wish and or Giveaway accumulated by all recipient(s) through any of the Mammoth Sized Foundations programs and or Events. These follow ups are performed in good faith to make sure first and foremost all recipients' Mammoth Sized Experience is a positive one.
